Drop-In Session with Sheva

A few years ago I felt totally burnt out and Paul said to me ‘now you must do the work of resting.’ Body scanning meditation saved me. It helped me learn how to stop and rest both on and off the cushion.
Join me I guide you through a relaxing body scanning meditation. The second half of the session, I will facilitate an Open Sharing session. Open sharing is an opportunity to learn and practice active listening and mindful communication skills with the support of fellow practitioners.
