Sheva has been practicing mindful meditation since 2013 under the mentorship of Paul Baranowski. With the support of her teacher and fellow practitioners, Sheva has gained insight and continues to learn how and when to use the right techniques and practices to find peace wherever she is at. Through practice, Sheva has discovered a new way of relating to her experience, to connect deeply with the present moment. She aspires to share the transformative and liberating joy of practice with as many people as possible!
Sheva lives in Toronto with her husband. She is a Professor at George Brown College and Marketing Consultant.
